Dr. Hilario Camino Moncado, a Filipino born in Cebu, is the founder of an organization called Filipino Federation of America. In the late 40s and early 50s, his followers from all over the Philippines flocked to Samal Island and settled there. After Moncado died in 1958, the religion of the Moncadistas, known as Equifrilibricum World Religion, was established.
Malaya Camporedondo goes back to her roots and interviews her grandmothers and other elders in the community who where there when the Moncadistas started to flourish.
